* Prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of three nights.
* For stays less than 3 nights a surcharge of €30.00 per room per day will be charged.
* For “superior” double rooms, a 30% surcharge is applied.
* We accept small pets only with the prior approval of the property. For them, a supplement of € 12.00 per day will be applied.
* Check-in day: the apartment/room is available from 3 pm.
* Check-out day: the apartment/room must be vacated by 10 am at the latest.
* For late arrivals or early departures will be charged the full cost of the booking, meals excluded.
* The reservation is valid only after our written confirmation and receipt of deposit.
* In case of cancellation no later than 40 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be credited for a future stay.
* In case of cancellation less than 39 days in advance, the deposit will be retained.
The price includes:
* bed, kitchen and bathroom linen;
* shuttle, skibus;
* parking located outdoor:
* WI-FI;
* ski storage with ski boot dryer.
! * Tourist tax established by the municipality is not included in price and it’s 2,30€ per person per day.
Cancellation policy
* In case of cancellation no later than 40 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be credited for a future stay.
* For cancellation from 39 to 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
* For cancellation from 13 to 6 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
* For cancellation from 5 days prior to the arrival date, or for no-show, 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
* For group bookings, cancellation conditions may vary.
* If at the time of check-in the room is occupied by fewer people than those booked, 70% of the total cost will be charged for each missing person.
Trip cancellation and interruption insurance
If you cancel a booked stay at short notice, if you arrive late or if you interrupt your holiday in advance, cancellation fees will be charged. To avoid this, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
